How will I receive my ticket?
The ticket will be in the form of an E-Ticket sent to your email address. Please make sure this is correct. On the day of the event, you can use the email ticket on your phone or print it out.
I have not received a confirmation email?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you solve the problem. Please make sure to enter your email address correctly.
Can I get a refund?
All ticket purchases are final. Under exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered.
Refunds will be given, or tickets moved to an alternate date should COVID restrictions come into force.
What about COVID?
The current road map will allow for the event to take place without restrictions. We are creating an event with current hygiene standards in mind to create the safest possible event.
Do I need to purchase a ticket to show my car?
Yes, please. By purchasing a ticket, you are supporting a new event to become established in the North and actively contributing to our charity partners. Car clubs and Show and Shine must purchase entry tickets.
What time does the show open?
For exhibitors, traders, show and shine and car clubs there is a setup day available on the 14th of August. On the day of the festival, doors will open to these groups at 8 am. Gates open to the public at 10 am. No vehicle movement will be allowed during the festival.
Can I trade at the festival?
Yes, you can. We want to see tonnes of products being offered for sale during the festival. To apply please fill out the form on our website and email it to email@example.com
What cars are allowed to show?
We are an inclusive show. If you are proud of it, we want you to show it. We have classics, supercars, and everything in between. We aim to celebrate the automotive world and all its different segments.
Is their disabled access?
Yes, very much so. The Yorkshire Event Centre and Showground are proud to offer ease of access to everyone.
Is there secure parking?
On the day of the festival, you will be directed by our parking staff. From your car, it is a short walk to the gate. We will be offering a limited shuttle service using golf buggies if people need them. The car park will be staffed. Private parking policies will apply.
What if it rains?
As we can never trust the British summer unfortunately you may get wet. The festival will go ahead as planned unless it is dangerous to do so. There is plenty of cover in the halls and on the grounds should we have a sudden downpour. You will be able to access all areas of the festival on hard-standing paths. We are praying for the perfect summer’s day.
Is there food available?
The Yorkshire Event Centre runs the Yorkshire Café. Two restaurant-style establishments within the halls.
Are dogs permitted?
Assistance dogs only.
Can I purchase tickets on the Day?
Currently, the roadmap out of COVID means that there should be no limits on capacity therefore allowing us to sell tickets on the day. However, why wait. It is cheaper to buy them now and you do not have to worry about capacity limits.
Is there a cash machine on site?
There are no plans to have a cash machine on site. If you wish to purchase tickets on the day, please have the cash with you or use a card for payments.
What type of event is this?
It is a summer automotive festival for the whole family. We aim to have something for everyone. If you are interested at all in cars, bikes, trucks, and anything else with wheels this is the event for you.
Is the event suitable for children?
Our festival is a family event. Your young ones will be well catered for. If they lose interest in looking at supercars there are beautiful grounds to explore and activities to take part in, including a funfair.
